HEY-SIGN uses for all their products only genuine high-quality wool felt made from the best merino wool without chemical additives or recycled textiles. Only this way you can guarantee all the positive properties of this renewable raw material. Our wool felt is friendly to the skin, air-permeable and temperature-resistant. Its sound-absorbing effect ensures calm and improves indoor acoustics. Wool felt also insulates against cold and heat, balances humidity, is dirt-repellent and shock-absorbing. Both the felt production and the manufacture of all products are "Made in Germany", the final manufacture of the products is even "Handmade".
The well-known wool seal documents: HEY-SIGN is the first and only felt manufacturer to be certified according to the strict guidelines of "The Woolmark Company". Therefore, all our products carry the Woolmark label, the quality seal for pure new wool. The material wool felt in 2, 3, 5 and 8 mm thickness, all our products are made of, is certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Wool is a naturally renewable raw material which is made particularly robust and durable by the complex production of wool felt and further processing into high-quality products. HEY-SIGN develops and manufactures in Germany. Parts of the collection are produced at workshops for adapted work and local suppliers for metal, wood and leather. The transport distances are short. This, conserves resources and actively protects the environment.
