The double-layer felt cut-to-size solution provides a comfort-focused option for seating and applications requiring increased material thickness. The layered construction ensures a defined shape and a pleasant user experience.
Made from two layers of felt using 100% pure new wool, available in 2x3 mm or 2x5 mm, each piece is characterised by precise craftsmanship and versatile use. An optional filling can be added for enhanced comfort. Production is carried out individually to specification.

Colour and Care
Wool felt is a high-quality, environmentally friendly and extremely hard-wearing material. At HEY-SIGN, wool felt is made exclusively from pure new wool, without the addition of chemicals or recycled textiles, which is documented by the renowned wool seal of "The Woolmark Company". In addition, the 2, 3, 5 and 8 mm material from which all HEY-SIGN products are made is certified in accordance with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Wool felt is also extremely easy to care for and clean thanks to the wool's natural fat content and dense structure, which prevents dirt from penetrating quickly.

With the appropriate knowledge according to our care instruction, care can be carried out without any problems.
Colours
Due to the lighting conditions during product photography and different screen settings, the colour of the product may not be reproduced authentically. Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from the actual product. Minor changes and slight inclusions of natural fibres on the surface are proof of the 100% natural origin of the material.
We can offer you our wool felt colour chart free of charge on request. The small material samples are approx. 2x4 cm in size, 2 mm thick and serve as a colour and quality sample. Our wool felt is available in over 40 colours and three thicknesses. Our felt is made from 100% pure new wool.
