Revocation Form
Consumers have a right of cancellation according to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can mainly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional business.
The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right of revocation does not apply to custom-made products, as these are not prefabricated and their production depends on an individual selection (configuration) or specification by the customer or is clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
The period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party commissioned by the customer, but not the carrier, takes receipt of the last goods to be delivered in an order.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification regarding their exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiration of the cancellation period.
