Ordering process
HEY-SIGN by BWF Group wool felt products can be ordered directly in our online shop or by e-mail.
In our manufactory, each product is individually made with great attention to detail. Therefore, our delivery time varies depending on the product segment.
Our products are also available at our specialist dealers and cooperating online shops.. If you want to feel the quality of the product, feel free to visit and buy at one of our local specialist dealers.
Minimum order value
No, we do not have a minimum order value.
Colour card
On request, we offer you our wool felt colour card free of charge. The small material samples contained therein are approx. 2 x 4 cm, 2 mm thick and serve as a colour and quality sample. Our wool felt is available in over 40 colours and four thicknesses. It is made from 100% pure, mulesing-free new wool. The colour chart can also be downloaded online as a PDF.
Possible colour deviations
Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from the actual colour image. Due to the lighting conditions during product photography and the different screen settings, the colour of the product may not be 100% authentically reproduced.
Possible dimensional deviations
HEY-SIGN by BWF Group processes high-quality wool felt made from 100% pure new wool. This renewable raw material is characterised by its natural properties. Slight dimensional deviations are possible due to the textile material and underline the naturalness of the product.
Material thickness
HEY-SIGN by BWF Group felts are available in four thicknesses and each thickness is suitable for different applications. Our wool felt is available in 2 mm / 3 mm / 5 mm thickness. In the 5 mm thickness, some colours are optionally available with an anti-slip finish. Below you will find a list of the most common applications by thickness.
2 mm Lifestyle and household goods, e.g. cushions and decorative items, panel curtains
3 mm Lifestyle and household goods, e.g. tableware, decorative items, bags & baskets, wall designs, acoustic elements, seating furniture
5 mm Rugs, lifestyle and household goods, such as tableware, seat cushions, wall designs, acoustic elements
Cleaning and care of wool felt
In terms of cleaning and care, wool felt is an unproblematic material. The grease content of the wool and the density of the material prevent dirt from penetrating quickly. Valuable tips for the care of our products can be downloaded here.

Invoice for my order
Please check your inbox. You will always receive your invoice by e-mail to the registered e-mail address on the day your order is dispatched.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Poland. We ship our items with our shipping partners DHL, UPS and Rhenus Freight Logistics GmbH & Co. KG.
The shipping costs refer exclusively to end consumer orders.
Deliveries abroad
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which HEY-SIGN by BWF Group is not responsible and which shall be borne by the Customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also be incurred in relation to the transfer of funds if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
Delivery time
Please note that our delivery times vary depending on the product. As a manufactory, we make each product individually for you. Therefore, delivery times may vary from product to product. This will be indicated to you in the item description. We always strive to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
Shipment tracking
After handover to our parcel or freight forwarding service provider, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a consignment number by e-mail. This consignment number can be used to track the delivery online.
Returns
You can cancel your order within fourteen days. You can send the revocation to us by e-mail or by post. In the case of products that have been individually configured by you and then manufactured, revocation.
Costs for the return
You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
