The seat cushion for Babila stands out with its organic shape and clean, minimal design. It enhances the designer chair with a versatile and comfortable layer and can also be used on a variety of other chairs. Depending on the selected version, it offers different seating characteristics – from lightweight and flexible to stable and substantial. Available in a wide range of colours, it integrates seamlessly into different interior settings.
Made from double-layer stitched felt in 2 x 3 mm or 2 x 5 mm, the seat cushion provides a choice between flexibility and stability. An optional 10 mm filling enhances seating comfort further. Crafted from 100% pure new wool, the material is dimensionally stable as well as dirt- and water-repellent. Without anti-slip backing, the design remains clean and reduced. Each piece is handmade in Germany and reflects precise workmanship and consistent quality. Cleaning is simple with a damp cloth and a suitable cleaning agent.

Colour and Care
Wool felt is a high-quality, environmentally friendly and extremely hard-wearing material. At HEY-SIGN, wool felt is made exclusively from pure new wool, without the addition of chemicals or recycled textiles, which is documented by the renowned wool seal of "The Woolmark Company". In addition, the 2, 3, 5 and 8 mm material from which all HEY-SIGN products are made is certified in accordance with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Wool felt is also extremely easy to care for and clean thanks to the wool's natural fat content and dense structure, which prevents dirt from penetrating quickly.

Colours
Due to the lighting conditions during product photography and different screen settings, the colour of the product may not be reproduced authentically. Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from the actual product. Minor changes and slight inclusions of natural fibres on the surface are proof of the 100% natural origin of the material.
We can offer you our wool felt colour chart free of charge on request. The small material samples are approx. 2x4 cm in size, 2 mm thick and serve as a colour and quality sample. Our wool felt is available in over 40 colours and three thicknesses. Our felt is made from 100% pure new wool.
